Tai chi is a form of exercise that is practiced in a
series of slow flowing movements that have been
developed over centuries to cultivate and increase
'chi' (natural energy) within the body. For more

You pay just £30 every 5 weeks to attend any class
once a week or £45 every 5 weeks to attend two classes
a week. Our ‘drop in’ price is £10 per
class. If you want a discount with more flexibility you can
buy a book of 10 tickets with no time limit for £80.
We prefer our tai chi students to start in small group once
a month, so please go to the 'contact' page on the menu bar
above, tell us you are interested in starting tai chi, and
we will get back to you.

Our classes are held at the Moberly Sports centre,
101 Kilburn Lane, Kensal Rise, London W10.
The nearest underground stations are Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith
& City line) or Queens Park (Bakerloo line) or Kensal rise
BR station. Nearby bus routes are 6, 52, 316, 23, 70 and 18.
